Following a degree in Economics from Lancaster University and a master’s in business administration from Cranfield School of Management, I joined Cadventure in 1997. I am privileged to lead a talented and committed team providing software and services for Architects Engineers and construction companies.

I am passionate about implementing structured information management and digital transformation in a planned, measured, and cost-effective way to benefit the business, to reduce risk, manage cost and derive productivity benefits for the team and its clients. I hate to see money wasted through following the crowd or inordinate pressure to conform when there is no sound business reason to do so.

In addition to my role as MD, I am a Non-Executive Director for the UK BIM Alliance. I have the pleasure of judging the European Women in Engineering and Construction Awards for Digital Innovation for the last four years and I am proud to be a Women in BIM Mentor, regularly contributing to podcasts.

In 2022 I am honored to be recognised as a BIM Hero bestowed by Women in BIM as part of the BIM Coordinators Summit.
